Win Football Manager 2010! now closed
Tuesday 27th October, 2009
By Richard Ault

As winter sets in, the new Football Manager comes out. And, once again, we've teamed up with Publishers SEGA to give you the chance to win the game.

As with every instalment of the award-winning series, there is a plethora of new features to explore. Never before has taking over at cash-strapped Rovers looked so appealing - perhaps our potential new manager has been weighing things up with the demo before telling Peter Johnson if he fancies the real-life role?!

The game is due out this Friday, 30th October. Here is are a few tasters about what you can expect:

Tactical Overhaul – the new Tactics Creator makes it easier to instruct the team to play the way the manager wants, alongside the introduction of touchline ‘shouts’ and quick tactic changes for instantly altering your team’s playing style during the match.

New User Interface – completely new vibrant look and feel to the game with a light and dark skin to choose from, plus a navigational overhaul.

Improved Match Engine – improved AI, over 100 new animations in 3D mode, new stadiums and crowds, improved pitch degradations and better lighting make for the most immersive pitch-side experience ever.

COMPETITION

Our friends at SEGA have once again come up with the goods for us in terms of competition prizes. We have THREE full copies of the game for Windows to give away, plus a handful of Football Manager 2010 "goody bags" for runners-up. The goody bags include a FM2010 Notepad, Pen and Keyring.

To be in with a chance of winning, simple answer this question:

Who succeeded John Aldridge as the next permanent Tranmere manager?

a) Brian Little

b) John Barnes

c) Dave Watson
